Senior Recruitment Officer
Based in Central London
Salary: £30,000
12 month FTC

We are a top 40 accountancy practice looking to recruit a Senior Recruitment Officer to based in our Head Office in Central London.

We require an HR professional with a broad range of skills to support our 150 employees and 24 Partners as part of our busy team offering HR generalist and training support to the business.

The successful candidate requires strong working relationships and a can do attitude. This role is very varied and covers all areas of HR including Graduate Recruitment, Recruitment, Training, Pay Reviews, Starters and Leavers management, Absence and Disciplinary issues across the UK.

It is essential that applicants have previously worked in an HR capacity within professional services and must be able to demonstrate strong generalist skills.

The successful candidate will have working knowledge of:
- Employment law
- Disciplinary and grievance
- Absence management
- Appraisals
- HR systems
- Training

As well as:
- the ability to multi-task
- keep calm under pressure whilst managing expectations
- ability to influence and support employees.
