Local Government organisation has an urgent requirement for a Team Manager in the Midlands.

As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for the Safeguarding, responsible for Senior Practitioners and both Qualified and Unqualified Social Workers.

The ideal candidate MUST have a strong background within Team Management, have a current enhanced CRB and be GSCC qualified. The candidate MUST also have experience in varying Team Manager especially Safeguarding skills.

You MUST possess demonstrable experience as a Team Manager and have references to prove your abilities.
