We are looking for an experienced Band 6 occupational therapist with experience in a community rehab setting to work within a community based job in the South London area.

The job placement is ongoing and will require a HPC registered occupational therapist with community experience, caseload management, leadership, enablement / SDT-Supported Discharge experience and proven UK experience (4 years ).

Hours: 37.5hrs per week
