Intermediate Care Occupational Therapist - East Anglia

Our client has a vacancy for a Occupational Therapist to work in East Anglia. This is a contract position with an immediate start. The pay rate for this job is 20 per hour.

Duties Include -
-Minor Adaptations.
-Equipment Provision.
-Community Rehab.
-Hospital Discharge.
-Care Planning.

Requirements -
Applicants must have a recognised Occupational Therapist qualification, be HPC registered and have an in-date CRB. All applicants applying for this role must have at least 2 years NHS experience.
