My Client is one of the leading independent Healthcare providers and has many centres nationwide covering GP practices, Walk in Centres, Urgent Care Centres, CATs projects, Prisons and OOH services.

I have ongoing Locum sessions available for suitably qualified Nurse Practitioners/ Prescribers. These are based at the Urgent Care Centre located inside Ealing Hospital, Southall. The clinical system here is Ad-Astra and training can be provided.

Essentially, the service is GP - Led and Nurse supported. You will consult with Patients attending for Unscheduled Care Services within the Ealing areas. You may be required to work autonomously whilst mentoring less experienced members of the Nursing team.

You must be able to assess patients, plan their care, administer treatment and discharge or make appropriate referral. Multidisciplinary working is a key part of the role and you will be expected to remain professional within a fast pace environment, in line with the protocols and policies of the Client.

Remuneration is an hourly rate, paid gross at £30.00 per hour. We pay weekly by cheque or BACS.

It is essential that you have full, unconditional registration with the NMC, are working at Nurse Practitioner and/or Nurse Prescriber level. Experience of working in a similar setting is a great advantage.
