08:30 - 18:00 (less 1 hour for (unpaid) lunch) on the following dates:- Wed 25/01/2012 Fri 27/01/2012 Mon 30/01/2012 Tue 31/01/2012

Pay Rate for this locum is up to 467.5 per day depending on experience.

Applicants must have:
* GP Performers List with local PCT or LHB
* GMC GP registration
* Permission to work in the UK
* Relevant experience (Experience of working as a GP in the NHS is essential)

Assistance will be provided with regard to accommodation and travel arrangements on some occasions.
