Clinical Psychologist (band 7) - Locum - isurgently required for specialist Forensic service in London. The post is to commence as soon as possible, on-going until 31st March 2012 in the first instance.

The patient group is primarily severe and enduring psychotic adult mental illness, complex behavioural problems, and associated forensic history of offending behaviour (low and medium secure work). The role, working as a key member of the psychology department and the unit's MDT, will involve managing own caseload of existing patients on an on-going basis, with requirement for assessment of new admissions intermittently - experience and training in forensic assessment tools (HCR-20) is therefore advantageous. Full internal Consultant Clinical psychologist supervision and on-going support is provided.
