My client is one of the largest NHS Hospital in Yorkshire. As part of the Trust's continued CIP and QIPP improvement plans, they are now seeking to re-configure and transform the current HR provision to improve the HR delivery and turn the provision from a reactive to a proactive service.
Working alongside the new Trust Transformation lead, the successful candidate/s will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in HR Transformation including the implementation of HR Business Partnering, Leadership Development, Organisational Development & Design, Developing SLAs and KPIs, Shared Service & Collaboration and Outsourcing.
Previous experience in the NHS or Public Sector is desirable and this role is paying a professional daily rate of £500 per day. The start date for this assignment is March 2012.
