Payroll - Payroll Specialist - SAP - Manual Calculations - Farnborough

My client a global market leader in telecommunications is looking for a Payroll specialist to join the exciting team in Farnborough.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and on-time payment of all employees and to meet the bureau deadline.

Key Responsibilities

*Ensure that all payrolls are checked for accuracy and make timely amendments where necessary

*Assisting employees/colleagues in the absence of the Payroll Manager

*Prepare SAP downloads

*Prepare all import files for the bureau

*Ensure all third party payments are made on time. eg charities, court order

*Ensure cheque salary payments are paid on time

*Ensure outbound expat payments are made on time

*Ensure that all End of Year reporting is completed in conjunction with Payroll Manager.
Key Competencies

*Attend quarterly meetings to review service levels

*Maintain good relations with supplier

*Assisting employees/colleagues in the absence of the Payroll Manager
