The Reward Consultant/Compensation and benefits consultant will be involved with:-
- Supporting the development of the company reward strategy
- Obtain, review and analyse market remuneration data and trends in reward practice
- Ensure incentive plans and salary arrangements are compliant with company policy
- Providing analysis of monthly and quarterly incentive schemes

The Reward Consultant/Compensation and benefits consultant will have knowledge of incentive design and managing flexible benefit schemes.
