My Client, a large public sector organisation has an immediate requirement for an HR Manager to join their team on a 3 month contract.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will provide advice and guidance to managers on Employment Relations cases and Employment Law issues.
You will support organisational change and development including departmental restructuring and rationalisation programmes whilst providing advice and support on a range of HR matters including redundancies, redeployment and absence. In addition, you will be required to participate in both meetings with trade union representatives in relation to case work.
Key skills and experience required:
