Skill: Business Analyst - Retail Banking - Telephony/call centre experience

Overview:

• Our client, a major UK retail bank are looking for the services of a Business Analyst to help with their divestment work.

Key Activities:

• A deep understanding of call centre environments and operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Core Skills and Experience Required:

• Experience in working in call centre operations; understanding of call centre technology systems and processes
• Skills in Process & systems anaylsis, information/requirements gathering, facilitation with key stakeholders and users
• Writing functional specifications for developers
• Experience of developing high level solution designs, identifying and evaluating alternative solutions
• Able to clearly articulate problems and solutions to colleagues and stakeholders
• Able to collaborate with colleagues and be prepared to seek advice as well as offer it
• Managing changes through the software development life cycle
• Experience of several development methodologies
• Experience adhering to policies and standards
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong data analysis skills

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to change control processes common in large organisations
• MI generation
• Internal & External stakeholder management
