Analyst Programmer with experience of .NET development. Ideally you will have 2-3 years plus experience as a .NET Analyst Programmer. This is an exciting hybrid role that offers you the opportunity to be actively involved with shaping the business using your development, analytical, project and systems knowledge.

Any experience of working with Human Resources and HR applications would be advantageous; you will be responsible for the future development of the current HR systems and recommend significant improvements to the way in which Human Resources currently use their HR tools and applications. In addition to any system development and implementations you will also be responsible for and working through the full project life cycle including requirements gathering through to documentation.

Technically you will be proficient with .NET technologies such as C# and/or VB.NET and Scripting within a SQL and/or Oracle domain.

This is a business and user facing role therefore excellent communication skills is essential

The position of .NET Analyst Programmer is initially being offered on a 12 Month Fixed Contract based in Oxfordshire.
