SCRUM MASTER
A leading publisher who is at the forefront of innovation is looking for a Scrum Master for their membership department.

The exciting role will is based in their Central London office and is for an initial 6 month contract.

RESPONSIBILITY
* Improved management of subscriber information
* Ease of use for the users to manage personal details
* 'Social networks sign on'

OBJECTIVES
* Increase number of new registered users
* Increase number of paid subscriptions
* Improve subscriber retention

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 5 years minimum scrum master experience
* Service Cloud experience would be an advantage
