The care we offer

We offer several types of stay depending on the level of support required, from short term, respite or convalescence to long term and nursing care. We also offer palliative care and care for people with Parkinson's disease. Brandon Park's experienced home manager and team of qualified nurses and carers are all highly experienced in looking after older people, and we also offer our staff plenty of specialist training.

Managing a care team, you'll ensure the highest standards of one-to-one care. You know how important it is to treat everyone as an individual - with dignity and respect. And, you'll make sure everyone else does too.

You'll really get to know our residents and their families. After all, we think that listening to people; building relationships and giving them your time is vital to the delivery of high quality care. So we give you that time.

Making decisions, assessing needs and delivering care plans. We'll empower you to meet the physical, emotional and social needs of our residents and to help promote their independent living. We'll trust your experience and judgement.

Lead by example. You'll know when to delegate, how to deliver medication and the importance of maintaining high quality care documentation. You'll also help us champion dementia care and shape the care homes of the future.

We value you for just being yourself and bringing your skills and experience to work with you. So, whether you're newly qualified or have wide-ranging experience, we'll support and develop you with industry leading training and help you to gain recognised qualifications such as a Diploma Degree.
