Presales Consultant - IP, VPN, Cisco experience. Must speak fluent Turkish
Responsibilities
Provide support to the account managers for opportunity identification, definition and qualification, position, scope, negotiation and closing (sign) advanced, complex consulting and services engagements to ensure growth and/or new business development.
Define the scope of solution and create compelling customer-specific value propositions by creatively bundling company services capability and those available through third party vendors.
Tactical account-development, leading towards a consultative sales-approach
Technical consulting abilities, providing advise to customers with generally complex requirements. Initiates and owns the commercial customer relationship for consulting services.
Maintain a high degree of knowledge of all the company consulting offerings and services. Use this knowledge to design commercially and technically viable solutions; particularly for large and complex customer requirements.
In support of Account Managers, proactively drive innovation and value-creation for the customer by bringing intellectual value and consultative advice to key customers.
Actively participate in the tendering process and development of proposals in line with customer needs
Qualifying customer-opportunities based on upsell potential and resource availability
Stay abreast of market-developments in the area's of telecommunications, IT and integration services
Provide relevant input into the competency-structure and product-development organization based on customer requirements.
Expected to provide strategic direction, guidance and integration of the chosen company partner's products or other vendors, incorporating company Professional Services.
Note and escalate service development required to meet customer needs.
Oversee the signoff of projects from a service delivery and commercial standpoint.
Provide accurate forecasts of strategic and tactical consulting and services engagements
Degree in relevant technical field - Engineering, Computer Science.
Technical certification preferred but not mandatory:
ITIL, Cisco CCDA, CCDP,CCNA,CCNP, CCIE. 5+ years of experience in Business-Consulting, Presales or Consulting-/Services-Sales Experience within the telecommunications or integrator-space.
Sufficient subject matter knowledge in at least two of the following competencies is preferred (ordered by priority)
Voice/IPT/convergence Application Management Networking/IPVPN Messaging/Unified Messaging Hosting/Data Centers IT Infrastructure.

Ability to capture and address customer needs and problems Fluency in Turkish and English. (Written and spoken) Customer facing skills. Customer service orientation Possess a consultancy led approach with a both a business and technical focus. Able to bring commercial and technical issues to a optimal business solution for large customer requirements. Experience leading virtual teams of presales, consulting and project management within a Matrix and geographically spread environment. Possess gravitas and experience of management-level, direct customer contacts for business development. Excellent Inter-personnel and communication skills, including high level presentation skills to board level. A resilient and driven character, with ability to self-motivate and self-manage in the context of challenging employee and customer environments. Able and willing to travel within the regional geography including Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa as required.
