Will the UK need better trained IT contractors in the future?
The UK may be in need of more vetting contractors and other IT specialists in the future, which underlines the importance of better education and training, it has been suggested.

Ministers should focus more closely on improving the skills of the working population in the UK, according to the Child Poverty Action Group (CPAG).

The organisation's press and parliamentary liaison officer, Tim Nichols, indicated that improving skills was as important as addressing factors such as affordable housing and pay.

He explained: "It is essential that we not only upskill our population, but upgrade the work and remuneration available within our economy.

"We cannot continue with such a strong structural dependence on poverty pay jobs."

The UK's IT requirements are only expected to increase in the future, which may create even more opportunties for IT contractors.

Career Builder recently claimed that recruitment is improving in the UK, as businesses and organisations become more optimistic about the economy's prospects.ADNFCR-2994-ID-800350863-ADNFCR
