Tablet computers 'increasingly integrated into homes'

An increasing number of contractors are likely to adopt tablet computers as they become increasingly adept at functioning for both home and work purposes.
Suzi Perry, presenter of Channel Five's The Gadget Show, claimed tablets are here to stay and it is likely that more things in the home will become tablet controlled.
She said it is unlikely that Apple will lose its grip on the tablet market as "no one can do design like Apple".
"I was quite excited [about] the Motorola Xoom - I think of all the other contenders that's possibly going to be the best one. Apple look ahead so far, and they created the tablet market," added Ms Perry.
This follows the long-anticipated launch of the iPad2, which Jeremy Horwitz, editor-in-chief of iLounge, described as "a very nice follow-up" to the original tablet computer.
The critic said the new model was a shock, with its white version, HD video and slimness being particularly surprising.
