IT contractors 'could find opportunities reducing emissions in big firms'
IT contractors are increasingly being relied on to help companies roll out green technologies in large corporations, an expert has suggested.

A spokesperson at therenewableenergycentre.co.uk has claimed that manufacturers and firms using these processes is a major step forward.

It highlighted the fact that companies using IT contractors to roll out these initiatives will be able to use this in their public relations content, but will be able to prove the fact they are genuinely concerned with the environment.

"Panasonic have been brave enough to announce their intentions and it will be interesting to see the results of their efforts towards the zero-carbon goal," the representative claimed.

According to the spokesperson: "Unfortunately time is not on our side and action, across all businesses large and small, needs to be taken sooner rather than later."
