Managed Service Company Legislation
MSC legislation was introduced by the HMRC on April 6 2007. The definition of an MSC refers to a service company that provide contractors with a composite solution in order to manage their invoicing and accounting.
Many composite companies had to close their doors upon the introduction of this legislation however there are still many legal options for contractors.
